3. Near and Far Focus:
This exercise helps the eyes adjust quickly between focusing on objects at different distances, which is beneficial for those who spend long hours focusing on screens. Choose an object about 10 feet away from you and stare at it for a few seconds. Then, shift your focus to an object that is closer, such as your finger. Hold this focus for a few seconds and then switch back to the distant object. Repeat this exercise five to six times to improve your eye’s ability to adjust focus.

4. Blinking:
While blinking seems like a simple and involuntary action, it plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy eyes. Excessive screen time and other activities can cause us to blink less frequently, leading to dry and tired eyes. To combat this, practice conscious blinking. Close your eyes and slowly count to three, and then open them again. Repeat this exercise several times throughout the day to keep your eyes moisturized.

5. Eye Roll:
The eye roll exercise can improve your eye’s flexibility and strengthen the muscles responsible for eye movement. Sit comfortably and look straight ahead. Then, slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction. After a few circles, switch to an anticlockwise direction. Perform this exercise for a few minutes daily to reap the benefits.
